More Pillowcase Dresses

Remember these pillowcase dresses? I can't stop making them! The fact that they are for a good cause is only increasing my motivation.

I made this last batch from a vintage sheet my friend brought us from India when my son was born.

It was perfect because once I cut the needed length, I had enough width for the dress and the straps.

Better yet, I didn't even have to hem the bottom because it was already done.

I'm going to make a couple more and ship them off so that I can get started on some boy shorts. Please let me know if you'd like to help out by making some shorts for boys. So far I have only heard back from Mandi @ Common Threads.

This is so cute! I used to wear sundresses when I was little. I loved them but I was always ripping them on my skateboard (I had older brothers, lol!). Thanks for linking up today.
