5-Minute Bow Holder

Although I'm knee-deep in birthday crafts, I had to sneak this one in as it was so easy! My daughter got some amazing presents for her birthday back in December. One of them was a paint your own mirror by Melissa & Dough. We finally pulled it out this weekend and she had a blast decorating it with jewels, stickers and the such. Once she was done I realized that the box everything came in was very nice and coincidentally it was pink, her favorite color. I have been looking for a frame to turn into a bow-holder with no luck, but this box was perfect.

Besides the box, we also had all the ribbon that came with it that she hadn't used. So I pulled out the staple gun and got to work. It is smaller than the frame I was looking for but it's a good start for her medium & large bows and more importantly it was FREE. I'll continue to look for something for the smaller bows and clips but I am very happy with this. And more importantly, she loves it and has been using it.

Stay tuned for some fun birthday crafts including a special t-shirt, a birthday banner, THE cake and hopefully some cool favors. I can't believe my baby is turning 2!!!

I'm participating in the following parties today:

What a creative idea, I think I could use this same idea to store all those headbands that are tangled in the bathroom drawer! Thanks!

My daughter's hair is getting longer so I'm going to need something like this. Very cute!
