I followed One Hip Mom's tutorial and just love the way these turned out. I went a step further and embroidered each kid's initial on the front. It was my first time monogramming anything and while not perfect, I think the kids will like it. I love the tab on the side for the hammer- it adds such a cute touch!
The presentation of the favors in the truck will add a little festive touch to the party table and I know my son will be excited to hand them out to his friends. You'll notice a different pattern in the back which is a special one in pink for a princess.
Tonight I'll be working on the cake, here's a sneak peak of what I'm going to attempt to make:
I'll be back on Monday with pictures from the birthday party. Have a great weekend!
